Our Kids: Our Business

April is National Child Abuse Prevention and Sexual Assault Awareness Month. “Our Kids: Our Business” is a social awareness and prevention campaign in Jefferson County. Initiated by the Jefferson County Community Network, Jefferson County Public Health, Jefferson County’s Department of Children and Family Services/Children’s Administration , and Jefferson County’s Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault Program, many community partners collaborated on this campaign to highlight things we can do as individuals, organizations, agencies, and businesses to prevent child abuse and sexual assault. The campaign is modeled after a campaign in Spokane.
